Campaigns
Our campaign process is based on the fact that an individual's perceptions, passions, and priorities can be influenced through strategic interaction. "Good causes don't raise money," we say. "People, passions and priorities do."

People
You want people to ask for money, people to give money, and people to open doors for you. You need people to give you advice on who else can help advance the mission of the organization, and that's where we come in. The core of our work is to guide you in building and nurturing profitable relationships. We partner with you to make this happen.

Passions
You know your cause inside and out. You believe in it, live it, love it. It is, in short, your passion. A passionate and dedicated board and core of volunteers are tremendous difference-makers in fundraising. Working with you, we help you develop strategic approaches that will connect prospective givers and askers to your passion.

Priorities
Why support your organization rather than the many others out there? We work with you to create compelling reasons for people to make your vision their philanthropic priority.

Latest and Greatest

The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception and Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse have retained Innovative Resources to coordinate and manage a pioneering community-building and neighborhood redevelopment project called Cathedral Square. Working with key stakeholders, Innovative Resources is developing recommendations for working with a for-profit development company and nonprofit institutional collaborators to build new or undertake the adaptive reuse of six properties owned by the Diocese and the Cathedral. Innovative Resources has extensive experience finding options and alternatives for organizations that may not be best suited for a traditional capital campaign process and is delighted to work with the Diocese and Cathedral to create a model that can be adapted for dioceses across the country.

"The concept of the Cathedral as an economic and community-building driver is the role that cathedrals have played through the ages", according to Monsignor Neal Quartier, Rector of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. "The results of the re-development of Cathedral Square will allow us to expand mission-centered teaching, learning and community building services and generate ongoing revenue for the Diocese and Cathedral."

"We meet organizations where they are and work with them to achieve their goals. We don't just swoop in and offer counsel from a 33,000 foot aerial view. We roll up our sleeves and help our client get the work done."
