Milton Bloch He has been the CEO of five cultural organizations directing museums in Florida, Arkansas, New Jersey, and North Carolina. For 18 years, he served as President and CEO of The Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute, a multi-faceted cultural organization comprising a renowned museum of art, school of art and a performing arts department. As part of Munson-Williams' expansion, Milton led the redevelopment of the west side of the City of Utica, NY, working together with the city government, the region's community foundation, a development corporation and local banks and funding agencies. In recognition of his accomplishments he received the Governor's Award for Excellence in the Arts and the Arts Alliance award for outstanding arts organization.
An active volunteer leader, Milton has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare, a large hospital network in upstate New York, where he led the initiative toward the highest quality in healthcare service. He is also the past president of The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties and was a keystone in the Foundation's grant-making policies and procedures.
Milton has a degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute in New York City and holds an MA from the University of Florida.
