Elizabeth Fallon Quilter is Senior Counsel for Organizational Advancement. She has more than 20 years experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. She has served human service organizations as senior development staff, volunteer, donor, board member and consultant. She has earned the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential and has served in volunteer and leadership capacities on chapters and boards of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), most notably leading the Chicago Chapter through a national rebranding effort, and growing membership by encouraging inclusion and diversity programming. Elizabeth has also served on the International Board of AFP.

Most of Elizabeth's experience has been in Chicago and its region, where her work was acknowledged by public and professional organizations – including her receipt of the President's Award by the Chicago Chapter of AFP. Elizabeth operated a fundraising consulting practice in Illinois before she and her family relocated to Indiana – where she began and grew a real estate practice as an agent and broker.

Elizabeth is an active volunteer in the communities in which she has lived, including school, church, library and neighborhood committees and boards. A Human Development Major from the School of Education at Boston College, she grew up in the Marine Corps, and considers the DC area her hometown. With extended family in many states, Elizabeth enjoys travel. After more than 20 years in the Midwest, she has recently settled down with family in Central New York.
