The Cathedral Square Development Corporation has been newly formed to explore, access and build broad-based community support to reinvigorate the historic Columbus Circile/Fayette Park neighborhood in the heart of Syracuse, NY. The idea of the development corporation came out of a planning study done by Innovative Resources Group for the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
